The electrical properties have been investigated at the nano-scale by conductive Atomic Force Microscopy (c-AFM) and at macro-scale by temperature dependent conductivity measurements. Nanoscale Silicon Carbide Particles are typically 10150 nanometers (nm) with specific surface area (SSA) in the 1075 m 2 /g range. Nano Silicon Carbide Particles are also available in ultra high purity and high purity coated and dispersed and -beta forms. They are also available as a dispersion through the AE Nanofluid production group.
